Privacy and cookies
This page brings together, in one place, the information we provide next to our forms, and describes what we store in your browser. It is the permanent address of that information — you can come back to it after submitting a form.
1. Who processes your data
The controller is TrimAlert sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw (ul. Przasnyska 7/319, 01-756, Poland), entered in the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0001233147, NIP 5253085087, REGON 544400468.
Contact for all data-related matters: contact@trimalert.com.
2. What data we collect and why
We collect data solely from the two forms on this site.
| Form | What we collect |
|---|---|
| Early Access sign-up | full name, email address, optionally company and role, date of submission |
| Contact form | full name, email address, message, date of submission |
Both forms contain a hidden anti-spam field whose contents we do not store.
Early Access sign-up
We process this data in order to contact you about access to the Early Access Programme, on the basis of our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), namely contacting a person who has themselves applied for access and administering admission to the Programme.
We keep it until your application has been decided, and no longer than until Early Access ends. If we invite you to take part, further processing is carried out in connection with your participation.
Contact form
We process this data in order to answer your enquiry, on the same basis (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), namely answering the question put to us and maintaining correspondence if the matter continues.
We keep it until the matter is closed, and then for the period necessary to establish or defend claims.
3. Who we entrust the data to, and where it is processed
| Who | What for | Where |
|---|---|---|
| website hosting and storage of submissions | Belgium and the Netherlands | |
| Microsoft | handling of submissions in the administration panel | Poland Central |
| Resend | sending messages | Ireland |
All of the locations listed are within the European Economic Area.
4. Your rights
You have the right of access to your data, and the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and to object to the processing. To exercise them, write to contact@trimalert.com.
You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
Providing your data is voluntary, but without it we cannot add you to the list or answer your enquiry. We do not make decisions by automated means and we do not carry out profiling.
We do not list the right to data portability, because it applies to processing based on consent or on a contract (Article 20(1) GDPR), whereas we rely on legitimate interests.
5. Cookies and browser storage
We do not use cookies. Not for analytics, not for advertising, not for tracking. This site does not use analytics tools and does not send information about your visit to third parties.
Nor do we store anything in your browser's local storage.
The law allows data to be stored on your device without asking for consent only where it is strictly necessary for the site to work; everything else requires your permission. We store neither the one nor the other — which is why we do not display a banner and do not ask for your consent. There is nothing to consent to.
Data from the forms reaches us only when you send it yourself. Who processes it then, and where, is described in section 3.
If you visited this site earlier, an entry from the former consent banner may remain in your browser. We do not read it and do not use it for anything; you can remove it by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.
6. Changes
This page describes the current state. If we change how we process data, or begin using cookies, we will change its content — and if a change were to affect data already entrusted to us, we will inform the people concerned.
